Distil evaluates coaching sessions against the ICF Core Competencies and PCC Markers. Upload a session and get a first-pass report, with evidence from the session. Every judgement is tied to the words that were said. Distil is run by 7 a Second SA in Gentilino, Ticino.
Who it is for
- Coaches preparing for a credential.
- Mentor coaches and assessors, for a first reading.
- Coach training schools and coaching companies, across their programmes.
How it works
Upload a session recording. Distil transcribes it, removes the names of the coach and the client, and prepares a first-pass evaluation with evidence from the session. Distil does not replace the judgement of a mentor coach or an ICF assessor. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the ICF.
Data
The application, database and files run on our own servers in Germany (EU). Recordings are transcribed and anonymised on those servers, and evaluations use only the anonymised text. Raw recordings are deleted once processing succeeds. Analytics are self-hosted and cookieless.
