Data processed when you visit
This website is static: it uses no cookies, no tracking and no third-party content or fonts. The only exception is the contact form, described below.
To deliver the site, our hosting infrastructure processes the technical data needed for the connection (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser). This data is used only to run and secure the site, is not used to identify you and is kept only as long as necessary.
Usage statistics
To understand how the site is used, we use Umami, a cookie-free analytics tool running on our own infrastructure (analytics.7asecond.ch). Umami records, in aggregated form, the page visited, the referring page, browser, operating system and device type, language and country. IP addresses are not stored, no profiles are created and the data is not shared with third parties.
Contact by email
If you write to us, we use your details only to answer your request.
Contact form
If you send a message through the contact form, we process the name, email address and message you enter, and only to answer you. Before sending, the form asks Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a person is writing; this check is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which receives your IP address and browser data. The message is then sent by email through Brevo (Brevo SAS, France), which delivers it to us. The website does not store your message; the email stays in our mailbox only as long as needed to answer you.
Legal basis and your rights
We process data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(f): legitimate interest in operating the site securely).
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Write to us at hello@7asecond.ch.
